Terms & refund policy

Orders

By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. Prices are shown in USD and include all applicable item discounts.

Payment

All orders are paid online with PayPal (PayPal balance or debit/credit card). Your order is confirmed once the payment is completed.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days (Australia 10–20). A tracking number is emailed when your order ships. Import duties, if any, are the responsibility of the buyer.

Returns & refunds

If your item arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos — we will send a replacement or a full refund. Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days; return shipping is paid by the buyer. Refunds are issued to your original PayPal payment method.

Order not received

If your order has not arrived 30 days after shipping, contact us and we will investigate or refund you.
